Place this egg on a plate, add salt and pepper, as well as any other desired seasonings.
For the bread, spread butter on one side of each slice. On medium heat, heat the skillet and place the bread in it with the butter facing down. Immediately add your desired cheese, the egg, another cheese, avocado, and add the last bread slice.
Monitor the sandwich and flip to make sure both sides are brown. Finally, remove the sandwich, cut it in half, and enjoy!
