Damage Policy
Great care is taken when sending out my cards.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your products or our service, or the products have become damaged in transit I will be happy to give a full refund.
To do so please ring me 07958934166 or email me at Handmadecardsbydayo@gmail.com so I am aware of this and make amends.
No refund is given until I have recieved your goods and reviewed your comments. I may refuse a request if the product has become crushed, soiled, or damaged by other means.
PERSONALISED CARDS
I apologise but unless the card has become damaged in transit we are unable to offer a return policy.
